About Founder and Managing Director
-Dr. Narendra Ram Nambula
Narendra Ram Nambula’s story is that of a small-town boy who rose against odds, turning his sportsman’s discipline, patience, and leadership into entrepreneurial strengths. From struggling without a job to building Lifespan Private Limited, he has shown that business success is not limited to those born with wealth. With his commitment to preventive healthcare, passion for nature, and dedication to social responsibility, Narendra is shaping not just a company but also contributing to India’s vision of becoming a healthier nation.
Dr Narendra Ram Nambula is the Founder and Managing Director of Lifespan Private Limited, one of India’s leading nutraceutical organisations headquartered in Hyderabad’s Genome Valley. Coming from a humble small-town background, Naren’s journey is a testament to perseverance, discipline, and vision. A passionate sportsman in his early years, he imbibed the values of teamwork, leadership, and resilience, which later shaped his entrepreneurial spirit. After completing his MBA and law degree, he began his career with Husys Consulting under the mentorship of Mr G.R. Reddy, where he learned people management, financial discipline, and the importance of patience in building long-term success. He later worked with industry leaders, including Mr Sridhar Reddy, and received guidance from IAS officer Mr Shiv Prasad, which strengthened his values of humility and grounded leadership.
Driven by a vision to promote preventive healthcare and make India a healthier nation, Naren established Lifespan Private Limited after conducting extensive research across India, Dubai, and Europe in the fields of nutrition and Ayurveda. Today, Lifespan operates a world-class USFDA-registered plant built to international standards and supported by a 25+ member R&D team working on nutraceuticals, herbal formulations, personal care, and nutrition food products. Under his leadership, the company holds certifications such as WHO-GMP and Kosher and is recognised for maintaining the highest quality standards.
Beyond business, Naren is deeply committed to social responsibility. Through the Field Foundation, which he founded in 2014, he actively contributes to society by organising blood donation drives, food and eye donation camps, health awareness programs, and large-scale community support initiatives, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. A strong advocate for environmental care, he continues to inspire by promoting fitness, wellness, and nature conservation.
Dr Narendra Ram Nambula’s story reflects his belief that business success does not require a privileged background but rather vision, hard work, discipline, and the courage to take risks.
